•     November 23rd – PD in the morning – No classes
•     November 23rd – Parent teacher interviews 1-3PM and 6-8PM
•     December 4th – PD day – No classes
•     December 21st – First day of holiday break

DEMOGRAPHIC UPDATES:

The HRCE Demographic Updates Form is available to you on the PowerSchool Parent Portal to submit.

We need all families to submit this form so that we can confirm that we have the most up to date information for our students.

Though you may not have demographic updates, please still submit the form as it includes the "Publication of Student Personal Information and Student Work" permission form that needs to be updated every year.

How to get started:

Visit the PowerSchool Parent Portal.

From inside the Parent Portal:

• 1. Select the student you wish to register along the top
• 2. Select the "HRCE Demographic Updates" icon from the Navigation menu on the left side
• 3. Enter the Date of Birth
• 4. Complete the form
